- Update VictoriaMetrics version from v1.28.0 to v1.128.0 (latest)
- Fix download URLs to use correct format with platform suffix:
- victoria-metrics-v{version}.tar.gz → victoria-metrics-linux-amd64-v{version}.tar.gz
- vmutils-v{version}.tar.gz → vmutils-linux-amd64-v{version}.tar.gz
- Resolves 404 download errors due to incorrect archive naming
Fixes: Download failures with HTTP 404 errors for VictoriaMetrics releases
