Release 2.3.1.0 targets an upgrade to the client addressing Enigma stability & a small SSL/TLS upgrade on the QT clients - a newer minor openssl version (for linux) and a libressl swap (for windows client), which should make them a little bit safer; the daemons did not get the ssllib upgrade as a fallback in case of any potential issues. There is an Enigma engine fix added (v1.3) that should stabilize the network as more people switch; the older client messaging buffers were getting overwhelmed & processing was slowed - I've removed the sleep() func that was previously put in as an intermediary measure to address the Enigma storm during txn node chirp & increased the I/O message buffers to 100MB. This should improve the node ability to consume & process Enigma cloaking node messages & as more users upgrade, the onion routing should be more reliable.
