[Bug]: Shifting lines in the terminal

What happened?

Important! This only happens when connected to the terminal via SSH!

When using armbian-config, lines in the terminal no longer display properly and shift down as if they were all part of a single line.
After exiting the script menu, the problem spreads to the entire terminal.

This problem appeared after updating the script to the latest version. There was no such problem in the original version of the script.
The original version of the script was the one that came with the first installation of Armbian Debian 12 with Home Assistant.

The release for Orange Pi 3 lts is used.

How to reproduce?

1. Connect via SSH
2. Run armbian-config

On which OS are you observing this problem? (for easier diagnosis please provide logs with armbianmonitor -u)
